Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANAGES ON MYSTERY BAGS.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for providing a tracking number for us to monitor the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@us.blueriverdiets.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Once your return is approved, you'll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
For the health and safety of our customers' pets, we are unable to accept returns on any opened products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
If you're awaiting a refund, please first check with your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. Once we issue the refund, we are unable to track the funds beyond our system.
In the event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the damage to support@us.blueriverdiets.com, and we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
